Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, unless by prior
arrangement. Entry not before 4pm and properties must
be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit (25% of
weekly rental) within 7 days. Balance due 8 weeks
before arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled every effort will be
made to re-let the cottage. If this fails the balance of the rent will be
payable. The deposit is non-refundable.
The owner accepts no responsibility for (i) any injury
to residents or their families/guests (ii) any damage to property belonging to
the above, including motor cars.
Holidaymakers are requested to leave the property as
clean and tidy as they find it. Any breakages/damage to the property must be
paid for.
Numbers of people occupying the property must not
exceed the numbers given on the booking form.
The owner reserves the right to decline accommodation
and to order any unauthorised persons off the premises

No smoking within the property or
garden.
Please also respect the private land surrounding the
property and their contents.
